LOVEDDD this place I believe our servers name was Rylie and they were wonderful. We got the corn dip, bacon and cheese burger (we ate it too quickly to take a picture) donut shaft, and a caeser. Everything tasted amazing, the burger was definitely my fav. Highly recommend coming here, even if it’s just for the views and some fun drinks.
Amazing brunch/lunch spot. I take my son almost weekly. Their chicken sandwich is big, meaty, and super tasty. Great kids menu as well with actual good food and not just cheap children's meals. The view is great and the service is phenomenal as well. One of my favourites on the island.

Great place. Big patio right on the water. You can take a kayak, canoe or SUP right to their dock instead of driving. Really good cocktails and food. Their in house pasta is delicious. Wonderful staff all around. No notes! We go here every single time we're in the area.
We went here after visiting the Malabar Skywalk and we were so happy we did!! We were treated with so much care, the view was just beautiful and the food was delicious. We went with our almost two-year-old and we were able to make some changes to her meal to suit what she needed. Honestly would go back in a heartbeat. Also had the best Caesar I’ve ever had over here - the perfect kick and tang, I could not get over how perfect it was! Wish we took some pictures of the food but we were so hungry.
We were on a trip from Victoria to Cowichan Lake, and some friends recommended The Lakehouse at Shawnigan for breakfast—and we’re so glad they did! Everything was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, and the service was excellent. Our server Rachel was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. It was absolutely worth the detour and the longer drive to stop here. Highly recommend!
